In our experience, a total of two hours is the perfect amount of time for a child’s birthday party. A Magic Toadstool Party Package is therefore ninety minutes in length. This leaves you with half an hour to hold your birthday tea or lunch either before we arrive, or following our departure.

Alternatively, you can opt to extend the fun by booking a Two-Hour Party and our Party Leaders will supervise and interact with the children for the additional half an hour during the birthday meal.

Our Party Package costs:

· For up to 8 children £150

· For up to 16 children £190

· For up to 24 children £230

· For up to 32 children £290

Two Hour parties:

· An additional £30 for up to 16 children

· An additional £40 for up to 24 children

· An additional £50 for up to 32 children

We are able to pass on to you the savings we can make when we purchase resources in 8’s. If you would prefer, you can add additional children to any of our group Packages. The additional individual price is £9.95 per head.

We need you to provide three things:

· a standard plug socket for our CD player in the party room and close to the children

· a jug of drink and cups for the children to access during the party as they can get very thirsty

· a safe place to spread out the party bags so we can put finished craft activities on top - a tray, shelf or table are perfect

We also need you to help us comply with current Child Protection Good Practice guidelines, by ensuring that there are enough adults in the party room to provide a ratio of 1 adult to 8 children where children are over the age of 3, and 1 adult to 4 children where you have guests aged under 3. At all times you are required to have at least one representative adult present in the party room.

Our friendly Administrator will take your details, and your deposit of £25. You will then receive by post:

· Your booking form and directions - for you to confirm, sign and return them

· Your party bags - for you to name and for us to fill with the children’s crafts on the day

· Some Magic Toadstool balloons - for you to tie outside. That way our Leaders can find even the remotest party venue

Approximately 10 days before the party, we will call you to make final arrangements, take final payment and note any special needs your guests may have, as well as a few details about the birthday child to be certain we can make his/her party the most magical ever.
